Patches for a basic transcriber.

Needs much prettying and features like collision detection, progress reporting, etc - but basically works.

Looks great.

As someone involved in LobbyClue work it'd be great if we could key corporate data on ABN – when a transcriber puts in a company, search ABR <abr.business.gov.au> for that name and have them select "best match" then save ABN of that company. ABR has a great API for doing that sort of thing.

Data keyed on ABN can then be linked in to http://team7.govhack.net.tmp.anchor.net.au/ which we can link to parties... could have all sorts of fun!
